Responsibilities

• Assist Accounts Payable Analysts with resolving PO matching exceptions and liaise with business owners.
• Respond to supplier queries and liaise with branches/suppliers to resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to Finning’s PO and payment processes; raise issues with AP Supervisor as needed.
• Reconcile key supplier accounts (including Caterpillar) and follow up on exceptions.
• Prepare quarterly statement reconciliations for key supplier accounts and submit to AP Supervisor for review.
• Craft payment proposals for the assigned ledger group for review and batch media creation by the AP Supervisor.
