Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Office-Based (No Hybrid Working)

Job Description:

Our client, a reputable and growing financial company based in Coulsdon, is looking for an experienced Accounts/Finance Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, a passion for finance, and at least 12–18 months of commercial experience in an accounts role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting daily operations of the finance department
  • Processing invoices, payments, and staff expenses
  • Reconciling bank statements and supplier accounts
  • Assisting with month-end reporting and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other internal departments

Requirements:

  • 12–18 months of experience in a commercial finance/accounts environment
  • Proficient in Sage accounting software
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail
  • Good Excel skills and general IT proficiency
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
