We have a great opportunity for an Accounts Payable Cashier to join our client in London on a hybrid basis. You will have responsibility and control of the AP workloads, whilst working as part of an effective and efficient team.

Our client is currently implementing Chrome River Invoice and PO and will be going live on Elite 3E Cloud later this year. As the Accounts Payable Cashier, you will be an SME on these tools.

The role:

1. Manage and maintain an accurate purchase ledger.
2. Administer the set-up of new suppliers within the finance system.
3. Manage outstanding purchase orders within our client's finance system.
4. Match supplier PO invoices to approved purchase orders.
5. Ensure non-PO invoices are approved in line with our client's policy/authorization limits and post non-PO supplier invoices to the purchase ledger.
6. Identify and process urgent office account payments.
7. Liaise with partners/authorized signatories to ensure payments are approved in a timely manner.

Experience Required:

• Strong understanding and experience of working within Chrome River's Invoice & PO system.
• Experience of accounts payable processes (including payment runs) within Elite 3E.
• Experience of working within a range of processes, procedures, and systems, within a professional services environment.
• Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others in a professional and timely manner.
