Job summary

ASOS is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join our admin team. You will manage supplier data and invoices across multiple systems, support AP assistants, and drive data accuracy and process improvements.

The role involves using Dynamics 365 and ERP tools, collaborating with suppliers to improve invoice quality, and ensuring compliance with ASOS policies. Office-based with a three-day on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Accurate and logical approach to work with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication; able to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate Excel skills are beneficial and helpful for data handling.
• Experience with ERP and invoicing systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage documents in Dynamics 365 Staging Area and resolve data irregularities.
• Support Accounts Payable Assistants with invoice and supplier queries.
• Identify data integrity issues and escalate where needed.
• Maintain and support the supplier scanning solution, escalating issues when required.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve invoice quality and reduce delays.
• Create and maintain supplier records across Oracle, Dynamics 365 and Extranet.
• Close supplier accounts per company procedure and controls.
• Report system issues to Finance Systems team and Data Manager.
• Prepare administrative reports for the Accounts Payable function.
• Support process improvements and automation efforts using AI tools.
• Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion within the team.
