Job Opportunity: Accounts Payable Assistant

ONNEC is seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven individual to join our Accounts team. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills and involves processing invoices, maintaining customer and supplier accounts, and generating supplier payments.

This position is based at our office in Farringdon, London, for 3 days a week, with an option to work 2 days from home.

Note: This is a fixed-term role for 5 months.

Responsibilities
  • Responding to supplier emails regarding payments
  • Preparing invoices for upcoming payment runs
  • Resolving supplier invoice queries by interacting with suppliers and ONNEC staff
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience with Sage Systems is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Immediate availability to start
