Job Description:
We’re looking for a highly-motivated and organised Accounts Payable Assistant to join our busy Finance team. You’ll help keep things running smoothly by processing invoices and supporting both colleagues and suppliers. Reporting to our Management Accountant, we’ll support your development and offer opportunities to grow within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Help with invoices and data entry
- Prepare payments
- Run month-end reporting
- Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned by your manager
- Be trained in our systems and software
Qualifications:
- A degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent with a 2:1 or finance or accounting experience
- Basic Excel skills
- An understanding of accounts payable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a high-volume, entrepreneurial environment - speed and accuracy are key!
- Willingness to provide training as possible
