Cluttons are looking to hire an Accounts Payable to join their finance team. This is an exciting position with the opportunity to learn and progress within the team. You will be confident, willing to learn, able to multitask, a team player and wanting to work as part of a dynamic team.

Key Deliverables
- Proactive approach to ensuring all invoices are received in a timely manner
- Accurate processing of purchase invoices
- Engaging with suppliers to request monthly statement of accounts for key suppliers
- Ensure monthly timetable/deadlines are met
- Maintenance of the aged creditor list
- Manage payment runs and support with bank postings
- Management of Tramps and Filestore for all expenses and invoices
- Ensure procedure notes are up to date and relevant
- Assist with month end tasks to include accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and other tasks as required
- Self-motivated and able to work to strict deadlines across the month
- To support the Client Accountants and Property Managers in the delivery of key deadlines
Requirements

- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and change work priorities as and when may be required
- Organised and methodical with a good attention to detail
- Ability to work within an ever-changing, fast-moving environment
- Able to work within a team and not afraid to use their own initiative
- Positive and enthusiastic
Essential Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE grades A to C in maths and English
Essential Experience
- Accounts experience within an office environment
- Good knowledge of MS office including, Teams, Outlook and Word
- Intermediate Microsoft excel (formulas, data manipulation)
- Experience with providing support to more than one person
Systems And Process (desirable But Not Essential)
- Experience of working with in Property Management Finance
- Knowledge of Tramps is preferrable
- Experience working with multiple entities
