About the role:
We are actively looking to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator looking for a
new challenge. The is an exciting and wide-ranging role that will be reporting directly into the
Accounts Payable Manager but will also work closely with the AP and MA teams.
The role includes:
• Processing supplier invoices and purchase orders
• Creating and processing supplier payment files
• Reconciling supplier accounts
• Logging and actioning queries from suppliers and colleagues
• Processing of incoming post
• Other ad hoc activities at the direction of the Accounts Payable Manager
The role would suit an ambitious professional with a passion for AP who is looking to further
their career.
What we're looking for:
• Accounts Payable experience, ideally in a large organisation
• Used to working collaboratively in a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels in the business
• Accurate, diligent and conscientious with good attention to detail
• Experience using an accounting system an advantage
• Build effective and credible relationships both internally and externally
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Good time management
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Excel
• AAT qualified, part qualified or equivalent
• GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths
