Type of Position: Wealth Financial Administrator - London
Pay: £30k - £32k
We are working with a reputable SJP firm in London looking to take on a Financial Administrator. This is an entry level role ideally suited to a graduate that would like to build a career in the Financial Planning industry with the opportunity to grow in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
· Deliver a first-class experience to existing clients that are mix of city professionals and entrepreneurs
· Deliver workflow proactively to maximise the team’s output and results
· Proactively drive the team forward by promoting efficient collaborative working
· Assist the team day to day in a structured way of working and make use of technology to enhance productivity
· Work to engage and develop strong relationships with existing clients and target audience
· Report regularly to colleagues on the team’s overall engagement
· Contribute to team strategy and promote a fun working environment
· Ensure tone, personality, and messaging is consistent and within guidelines while being respectful and fun
Personal Qualities:
· You are a driven and ambitious individual who’s looking to build their career at a high-performing private client company
· A resourceful person with excellent attention to detail

Experience & Skills:
· Experience in financial services desired, but not necessary
· Excellent numeracy and literacy, with an understanding of social media
· Ability to understand data and make use of it effectively
· Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and a self-starter
· Confident communicator, independent thinker with a passion for collaboration the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
