We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Administrator based in Biggleswade for one of our clients on a permanent basis.

Summary of the Accounts Payable Administrator role

Salary: GBP27,000 - GBP30,000 per annum
Location: Biggleswade
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 40 hours working week

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Administrator

• Maintain bought ledger and associated control accounts.
• Reconciliation of transit accounts with the purchase cycle.
• Prepares payment proposals and bi-monthly settlement of liabilities.
• Process invoices and payments.
• Manage internal reporting timetables.

Requirements for a successful Accounts Payable Administrator

• Demonstrable experience in an Accounts Payable role previously.
• Ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment.
• Excellent organisational and prioritising skills.
• Experience with purchase and sales ledger.
