Puro Associates are excited to be working with a small friendly accountancy practice with various offices in the Scotland area. This firm is on the lookout for an Account Manager to join their growing team ideally in their Edinburgh office. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Account Manager or senior looking for the next steps in your career within a small and supportive firm.

Responsibilities of an Account Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the accounting procedures within the business and taking appropriate actions as and where necessary.
  • Reviewing the work of junior members of the team as well as training and coaching them to aid their development within the business.
  • Regular meetings with staff.
  • Review all accounts work produced by the department ensuring accuracy and in line with internal procedures.

What are we looking for in our ideal Account Manager:

  • ACA or ACCA Qualified
  • At least 2 years of experience managing an accounts department within Practice.
  • Confident in your ability to run a department with tight deadlines.
