Job summary

Clark Wood are working with an established independent firm of chartered accountants in Redditch, recruiting an experienced Accounts Manager / Client Manager to oversee a varied portfolio and ensure high-quality delivery.

You will prepare and review statutory and management accounts, tax computations and returns, and work closely with clients while mentoring junior staff and supporting billing and workflow processes. Excellent communication with clients is essential.

Qualifications

• ACA / ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience.
• Strong general practice background.
• Previous experience managing a portfolio of clients.
• Confident dealing directly with clients.
• Experience reviewing accounts and supporting junior staff.
• Good technical knowledge and strong communication skills.
