Cherry Professional Ltd in Milton Keynes is seeking an Accounts & Audit Senior to join our growing team. You will split your time between accounts preparation and audit work for owner-managed businesses and groups.

Qualifications

• Proven accounts preparation experience within an accountancy practice.
• Strong audit experience (fieldwork through to completion).
• ACA/ACCA: finalists with 1–2 exams remaining will be considered; newly qualified preferred.
• Confident communicator with good attention to detail and a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies (and supporting schedules).
• Supporting / leading on audit assignments from planning through to completion.
• Drafting file completion documents and assisting with management letters.
• Liaising directly with clients and helping to resolve queries efficiently.
• Supporting junior team members and reviewing work (depending on level).
