Job summary

Gravita in the United Kingdom is seeking an Accounts Associate Manager to prepare advanced statutory financial statements, corporation tax computations and other compliance deliverables for a mixed client portfolio, under supervision. You will coach junior staff, review work, and help drive process improvements while upholding high client service standards.

The role requires typically ACA or ACCA qualification, at least 3 years in practice, and proficiency in Xero, Sage 50, QuickBooks and Excel.

Qualifications

• Ideally a minimum of 3 years' experience in practice.
• Typically ACA or ACCA qualified.
• CPD commitment to stay up to date.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review complex and straightforward accounts and tax returns for varied clients.
• Provide coaching and review for junior staff and offshore teams.
• Support process improvements and maintain high client service standards.
• Liaise with clients to ensure timely information and attend meetings as needed.
• Assist in business development by engaging with marketing and referrals.
