I am recruiting for an Accounts Assistant role based in Leatherhead. This is initially a temporary role but could become permanent for the right applicant

Client Details

My client is a fast growing organisation based in Leatherhead. They have a fun, friendly and inclusive team. Due to growth plans they require someone to join their transnational finance team supporting with accounts payable tasks.

Description

The role will involve, but not be limited to:

• Processing invoices
• Obtaining approval for payments
• Processing payments
• Queries
• Dealing with utility companies
• Month end tasks
• Reconciliations

Profile

To be successful in your application, you will:

• Have prior accounts payable knowledge
• Be able to commute to Leatherhead
• Be a Strong communicator
• Have good organisation skills
• Have strong IT skills including Excel
