Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years' experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Experience across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations and general ledger activities.
• Understanding of bookkeeping principles and month-end accounting processes.
• Good Excel and finance system skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Process invoices, payments, expenses and banking transactions accurately and on time.
• Prepare reconciliations and support month-end close and financial reporting.
• Assist with VAT, audit and statutory reporting requirements.
• Maintain financial data integrity and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide finance support across the business.
