Four Squared Recruitment Ltd are recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join a transactional Finance team in Droitwich. You will support day-to-day finance activities and, 1–2 times a month, visit site teams to improve processes and train on till management, banking and online payments.

The role suits someone starting their finance career who enjoys variety and stakeholder interaction. You will reconcile cash and banking, assist with credit control, raise queries with internal teams and help

Qualifications

• Confident communicating with new people and establishing credibility quickly.
• Able to deliver training to individuals and small groups.
• Able to explain financial processes clearly to non-finance staff.
• Comfortable handling resistance to change and building relationships with stakeholders.
• Accurate and well-organised with good attention to detail.
• Willing to travel to client locations 1–2 times per month with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Visit client sites 1–2 times per month to support managers and operational teams.
• Deliver practical training on till management, banking procedures, and online payment gateways.
• Explain financial processes in plain language to non-finance staff.
• Build rapport with site managers and stakeholders to connect operations and Finance.
• Investigate discrepancies and help implement improved processes and controls.
• Reconcile cash, banking and online payments across multiple sites.
