Qualifications

• Must have GCSEs including Maths and English.
• Strong IT skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate invoices and financial documents.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Resolve invoice and account queries.
• Support supplier account reconciliations and credit notes.
• Assist with month-end administration and reporting.
