Job summary

Centum Engineering Services Ltd is seeking an Assistant Accountant in Toomebridge, Northern Ireland, for a fixed-term maternity cover of about 12 months. You will support the finance function with bank reconciliations, accounts payable, expense processing and financial reporting.

Key duties include processing invoices, maintaining ledgers, supporting cash-flow management, and assisting month-end activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline (orAAT qualification).
• Experience in accounts payable or similar finance role.
• Good grasp of accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Process supplier invoices and expenses with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain accounts payable ledgers and open PO reports.
• Support cash-flow management and month-end processes.
• Assist with accounts receivable activities as needed.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity across company financial systems.
