Job summary

Sytner Sunningdale is recruiting an Accounts Assistant to support the day-to-day functions of the accounts department, covering sales and purchase ledgers, daily cash postings and bank reconciliations. You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team with ad-hoc duties as required.

Flexibility is expected, with patterns between Monday and Friday and occasional weekend work to maintain service levels for customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and a good working knowledge of all accounting routines, including stock checks and month-end reconciliations, is essential.
• Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day functions of the accounts department from the sales and purchase ledgers to the daily cash postings and bank reconciliations.
• Assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team in other ad-hoc duties where required.
• Varied patterns between Mondays - Fridays with occasional weekends to ensure service levels.
