Responsibilities

• Manage purchase ledger, sales ledger, and bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently.
• Post and allocate transactions on accounting software.
• Reconcile supplier statements and ensure timely payments.
• Assist with financial reporting and provide support to the Finance Department.
• Assist the Financial Controller with month-end procedures.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Contribute to ongoing banking and financial processes within the dealership.

• Pro-rata salary of up to 28,000 based on a full-time equivalent of 37.5 hours per week
• Flexible working hours, typically between 24 and 30 hours per week
