Job summary

Sytner Nottingham BMW is hiring an Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day accounting activities across ledgers, cash postings, and bank reconciliations. You will assist the Dealership Accountant and Management with ad-hoc duties as needed.

The role requires experience in accounting routines, stock checks, and month-end processes. A knowledge of CDK Kerridge and MS Office is helpful. Flexible patterns may include weekends to serve customers well.

Qualifications

• Experience with day-to-day accounting routines including ledgers and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of stock checks and month-end processes is essential.
• Familiarity with CDK Kerridge and MS Office is advantageous.

• Support sales and purchase ledgers and daily cash postings.
• Assist the Dealership Accountant and Management with ad-hoc duties.
• Perform bank reconciliations and month-end tasks as required.
