Qualifications

• Experience in accounts and finance roles.
• Essential experience processing CIS payments.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with online systems.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase ledger invoices and match to POs.
• Process weekly subcontractor payments and CIS payments.
• Support weekly payroll processing for site operatives.
• Complete month-end reconciliations and assist with general accounting duties.
• Liaise with site foremen to confirm bookings and payments.
• Manage shared finance mailbox and respond to queries.
