We are seeking a Payroll / Bookkeeper / Administrator to look after our day-to-day financial processes and payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Experience of Sage 50 Payroll and accounts is essential

Key Responsibilities typically include processing purchase invoices and identification of payment dates, manage outgoing payments, sending customer statements and chase debt where required. reconcile bank accounts and prepare and submit VAT returns.

Previous experience in a finance or accounts role and a strong working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts and Sage 50 Payroll are required and experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, VAT returns, and bank reconciliations would be preferred

Flexible part-time hours must be available to run payroll for 40+ staff
