Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring an Accounts Assistant for a fantastic business in Leamington Spa. The company has a fantastic finance team and are looking to add to their team who are based in their fabulous offices with a great family feel.

The Candidates responsibilities:

  • Dealing with internal and external queries.
  • Raising invoices and payments and producing client paperwork.
  • Producing and managing reconciliations.
  • Ensuring daily completion of postings to the correct accounts systems.
  • Providing assistance to the Financial Controller.
  • Dealing with posting payments via Card.
  • Ad Hoc accounting and admin duties.

Skills Needed:

  • Experience within a similar role is critical – 1 year minimum.
  • SAGE experience is ideal.
  • General MS, IT and email/internet knowledge is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills are necessary as communicating with clients and colleagues is a key part of the role.
  • An excellent attention to detail, accuracy and a high degree of numeracy and literacy are key.
  • The candidate would need to be a team player with a professional approach when dealing with colleagues and customers and third parties.
