Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per year, with hybrid & flexible working options

Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Building effective relationships with clients as needed
• Developing technical skills through on-the-job training and formal qualifications
• Utilizing accounting software for accurate reporting to managers, partners, and clients
• Producing basic reconciled management information, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• Preparing simple tax computations and returns, such as corporation tax
• Filing monthly and quarterly VAT returns for various client types

Are you the right fit?

• Ideally AAT qualified, with aspirations to achieve ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualifications
• A positive, confident self-starter who values client relationships and teamwork
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, organized, and able to prioritize effectively
• Ability to apply accounting knowledge to real-world situations
• Knowledge of UK GAAP and preferably IFRS
