Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5pm

Salary: £23,100 - £26,250 per annum (depending on experience)

We're excited to be on the lookout for an Accounts Assistant to join our experienced Accounts team at Buckinghamshire on a permanent basis.

Within this role, you will support the processing of purchase orders for our dealership. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential in this role.

Responsibilities
  1. Daily banking tasks, including processing incoming payments from all departments
  2. Logging and processing invoices from suppliers (Purchase Ledger)
  3. Handling BACS transfer requests
  4. Processing warranty payments from the manufacturer
Experience / Essential Skills

You should have a keen eye for detail, maintaining accurate records and demonstrating organizational skills. The ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and show initiative to improve procedures is important.

Effective communication skills are vital, as you will interact with various stakeholders. Discretion and confidentiality are crucial, as you may handle sensitive information.

Some flexibility may be required during busy periods or for holiday cover.
