Job title: Accounts Assistant

Work type: Full-time - office based

Location: New Milton

Salary: Up to 30k + great benefits!

An Accounts Assistant is being recruited by a successful New Milton group of companies operating within the construction sector.

Reporting into the Group Financial Controller and working with a small team, you will have responsibility for:

• Sales and purchase ledgers
• Credit control
• Bank reconciliations
• Processing expenses
• Reconciling supplier statement and processing payments
• CIS returns and contractor queries
• Payment of PAYE/CIS/VAT
• Assisting with month end/year end

You will need to have experience of general accounts processes and ideally some CIS in particular and ideally hold AAT Level 3 (although someone without AAT would be considered). Strong Excel skills and good attention to detail.
