This is an excellent role for an experienced accounts assistant. Covering accounts payable and receivable, credit control, and payroll; this role encompasses a variety of responsibilities. You will be joining a compact but highly efficient finance team, working closely with and supporting departments across the business, including sales, procurement, and operations. The role involves ledger work, end-to-end payroll, and T&A administration. A good understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and experience applying it in a commercial business are essential. You must be highly numerate, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys reconciliation processes and takes pride in resolving statement queries.
You should ideally have experience with SAGE 50 accounts, be confident with Microsoft Excel, and be relatively IT-savvy.
