ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We’re seeking a full-time Junior Accounts Assistant to join our Finance department. The successful candidate will work in a unique environment of a professional football club, where you will be challenged daily in a fun and supportive setting. The role offers a variety of tasks and opportunities to network across departments, from the Academy to the First Team, fostering a team-oriented culture at Swansea City AFC.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the main duties include:
PERSON SPECIFICATION
This is an entry-level role; some experience or finance-related training (such as AAT) is desirable but not essential. We seek a candidate who fits well within the existing Finance team, demonstrating accuracy, efficiency, and transferable skills to fulfill the role effectively.
This position is ideal for someone starting or considering a career in Finance.
The candidate must understand and adhere to confidentiality principles, have strong attention to detail, be well-organized, and approach work methodically.
