Accounts Assistant – Colour Cosmetics Brand

Are you passionate about numbers and beauty? Join our vibrant and growing colour cosmetics company as an Accounts Assistant and play a key role in supporting our finance and sales operations.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an organised, detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our Finance and Sales teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a creative, fast-paced environment where beauty meets business. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial and sales documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raise and process sales invoices and credit notes
• Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks
• Maintain and update customer accounts and records
• Prepare and send sales documents to clients and retailers
• Liaise with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure accurate order-to-invoice flow
• Support month-end tasks, including reconciliations and reporting
• General finance admin and support as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts admin role (ideally 1+ years)
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Excellent Excel and data entry skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and team-working abilities
• Experience in the beauty or FMCG sector is a plus, but not essential
