Job Description

  • Handling and processing financial transactions
  • Purchase Ledger management
  • Sales Ledger and credit control management
  • Assisting in financial reports and statements preparation
  • Processing payroll, managing pension contributions, statutory deductions, and responding to staff queries
  • Supporting the FD in the management of the month-end processes
  • Preparation and submission of the quarterly VAT report and payment

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (AAT/CIMA/ACCA)
  • Proven experience in sales/purchase ledger/accounts assistant roles
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks (Desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
