Main responsibilities:
  • Process deposit return forms and post daily bank transactions
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and post manual journals
  • Manage supplier invoices, credit notes, and Business Rates payments
  • Review and implement bank payments and issue remittance advice
  • Respond to supplier and site-related finance queries
  • Reconcile payments in accounting systems and ensure accuracy
  • Recommend and help implement finance process improvements
  • Support the Finance Manager with various ad hoc tasks
