Job summary

The Solution Auto in Liverpool is seeking an organised Accounts Assistant to join our busy finance team at one of Liverpool's largest automotive retail operations.

You will process purchase ledger invoices and supplier payments, reconcile statements, assist with sales ledger, daily banking, month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations, while liaising with internal departments and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant or Purchase Ledger role.
• Motor trade experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
• Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality.
