Accounts Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our finance team.
Reporting to the Senior Project Accountant, the Accounts Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our finance function, facilitating accurate and timely financial reporting.

Experience:
• Experience in a finance function
• Analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and organise financial data.
• Familiarity with NetSuite desirable but not essential. Must be competent using Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications:
• Studying AAT, AAT Qualified or QBE
Tasks / Responsibilities:
• Accounts Receivable - Distributing customer invoices and following up on overdue invoices.
• Accounts Payable - Adding supplier invoices to Netsuite and processing the weekly payment run via the bank.
• Contractor Invoices - Check contractor invoices match approved timesheets.
• Expense Process - Be the final approver of all expenses, checking they are routed to the correct project/ledger codes.
• Bank - Maintain the bank feed on Netsuite and complete monthly bank reconciliations.
• MI Reporting - Complete the monthly management information report to Crown Commercial Services.
• Credit Card Statements - Administer the credit card process.
• Audit - Assist with the annual audit.
• Time Sheets - Provide support to the Operations team for time sheeting.
• Other Duties - As required by management.
