We are seeking a reliable and committed individual. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting through robust month-end account closing activities, reconciliations, and journal entries.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting month-end processes as a key player
  2. Accurate and timely processing of journals
  3. Conducting monthly ledger revaluations
  4. Managing monthly prepayment and accrual journals
  5. Uploading monthly exchange rates
  6. Inputting payroll journals
  7. Investigating and processing site recharges
  8. Posting journals and raising invoices as required
  9. Ensuring adherence to internal controls & SOX compliance
  10. Providing a high level of customer service
  11. Collaborating with teams within the department to meet deadlines
  12. Covering additional GL duties as necessary
What you'll need to succeed
  1. AAT qualification (desirable)
  2. Intermediate Excel skills
  3. Strong understanding of shared service finance functions
  4. Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  5. Self-motivated, enthusiastic with high attention to detail
  6. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload efficiently
  7. Work flexibility to meet month-end and year-end reporting deadlines
