Job Details
  • Location: Springvale Business Park, 1 Millennium Way Belfast BT12 7AL
  • Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
  • Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
  • Reporting To: Financial Controller
Job Purpose

To support business growth by managing credit control, invoice processing, and providing accountancy support to the finance team to ensure stability, growth, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ownership of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, including managing outstanding debts and supplier accounts.
  2. Processing purchase invoices and supplier reconciliations.
  3. Assisting with payment runs, cash flow management, and bank reconciliations.
  4. Supporting month-end reporting and reconciliations.
  5. Performing any other relevant duties as required.
Experience & Skills
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in an Accounts Assistant role.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desirable: experience within manufacturing.
