PBR Executive Search Ltd is working with a leading UK accountancy practice in Suffolk to appoint an Accounts and Business Advisory Manager who will own and manage a diverse client portfolio and mentor the team.

You will deliver revenue targets, oversee portfolios, and help plan workloads while building strong client relationships across industries. This role offers a hands-on leadership position in a growing firm.

Formación

• Experience of managing a client portfolio across multiple industries.
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members.

Responsabilidades

• Manage your own client portfolio and oversee your team’s portfolios using workflow tools.
• Deal with all elements of client service with support from Directors on technical areas.
• Provide more proactive support, minimising the need for partner involvement.
• Develop opportunities for the Group and flag them to Directors/Partners.
• Work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver quality advice.
