Blusource Professional Services Ltd in Ipswich is seeking an experienced Accounts and Business Services Manager to lead a client portfolio of SME and owner-managed businesses. You will own service delivery, nurture client relationships and contribute to the firm’s commercial performance.

You will coach and develop team members, drive workflow efficiency, and help shape the firm’s people strategy while delivering high-quality accounting and business services with a focus on client satisfaction

The Role

As an Accounts and Business Services Manager, you will manage a portfolio of SME, owner-managed and private clients, acting as a key point of contact while overseeing the delivery of high-quality accounting and business services.
