Job summary

IntaPeople are representing a Financial Services Technology client based in Bridgend who are looking to recruit a reliable and experienced financial accounts administrator. You will work with the Finance Director in a small finance team, handling day-to-day accounts and finance admin duties in a fast-paced environment.

The role is 30 hours per week, office-based in Bridgend, with a starting hourly rate of between £15 - £16 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts admin, finance admin or similar role.
• At least 2+ years in this sector.
• Experience using Excel.
• Comfortable working on a Mac.
• Experience across multiple small businesses within a group.
• Experience with VAT returns and Microsoft Office desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior management and business directors.
• Day-to-day accounts administration.
• Use Xero, Sage and QuickBooks for accounting tasks.
• Locate and organise purchase invoices and receipts.
• Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
• Run weekly and monthly reports for sales invoicing and self-billing.
• Ensure timely payments to affiliates and suppliers.
• Reconcile payments received from affiliates.
• Act as a finance POC for internal and external clients.
• Manage bank transactions.
• Assist with monthly reporting and VAT returns across the group.
