Responsibilities

• Recording incoming payments.
• Preparing and issuing invoices.
• Processing client account statements.
• Handling outbound payments to clients and contractors.
• Setting up new customers and clients and archiving former records.
• Updating and maintaining the accounts database with accuracy.
• Conducting daily bank reconciliations with the accounts database.
• Preparing and maintaining arrears reports.
