WSR is recruiting for an Accounts Admin Assistant for our esteemed client in Holsworthy.

Job Title: Accounts Admin Assistant

Role Type: Temporary - minimum 4 weeks

Start Date: Immediate start pending interview

Location: Holsworthy

Pay Rate: £14 to £15.30 p/h

Accounts Admin Assistant Role Overview:

Are you detail-oriented and love keeping things organised? We are looking for a motivated Accounts Admin Assistant to support our busy office in Holsworthy. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Accounts Admin Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Entering invoices and managing records in our systems
  • Assisting with payment runs and keeping suppliers in the loop
  • Creating customer invoices and handling account queries
  • Supporting the team with admin tasks and keeping everything running smoothly
  • Helping improve processes and suggesting smarter ways to work
Skills, Qualifications and Attributes:
  • Confident with data entry and office systems (SAGE experience is a bonus!)
  • Comfortable learning new tools and tasks (training provided!)
  • A great team player with strong communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
