Job summary

Morson Group is seeking an Accounting Support Clerk to assist the Supply Chain Accounting Section (SCAS) with maintaining accounting records, voucher progression, Special Instructions, and management information. The role focuses on accuracy, audit trails and continuous improvement.

Key duties include administering F640/F650 contractor documentation, data management, and producing monthly assurance reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting records and voucher management.
• Familiar with data management, audits and reporting.
• Proficient with Excel, SharePoint and reporting tooling.
• Desirable: RAF Logistics or MJDI experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain voucher progress registers and records.
• Monitor actions and issue reminders.
• Record and archive receipted vouchers.
• Produce monthly assurance reports and statistics.
• Develop and improve reporting tools (PowerApps, SharePoint).
• Support data integrity and audit compliance.
