Morson Edge is seeking an Accounting Support Clerk to provide administrative and accounting support to the Supply Chain Accounting Section. You will maintain accounting records, progress vouchers, administer Special Instructions, and support BI reporting and process improvements.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel/SharePoint skills, experience with MJDI reporting, and the ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong admin, record management and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• Understanding of audit and document control requirements.

Responsabilités

• Maintain U60 voucher progress registers and associated records.
• Produce monthly assurance reports, annual statistics and management information.
• Administer F640/F650 documentation and contractor receipting processes.
• Notice discrepancies and notify the correct person to maintain accurate accounting records.
• Support timely processing and audit compliance.
