SAP Optimization

Collaborate with IT and functional teams to harmonize SAP configurations, modules, and interfaces across the organization. Recommend and implement best practices for data governance, system integrations, and end-user training.

Establish clear ownership of data sources and processes, ensuring accurate and consistent financial reporting. Implement controls to maintain high levels of data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO).

Project & Stakeholder Management

Plan, prioritize, and execute improvement initiatives, setting measurable goals and tracking progress against defined KPIs. Communicate updates and progress to executive leadership and business stakeholders, managing risks and resolving issues proactively.

Change Management & Training

Develop and deliver training materials to support new processes and systems, ensuring teams are well-equipped to adopt changes. Drive user acceptance and foster a culture that embraces improvement and innovation.

  • Proficiency in SAP (multiple modules and/or platforms) with a track record of process automation and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel or data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
