Key Responsibilities (‘The Work’)

As an SAP S4/HANA Production Planning and QM architect, you will work as part of a team shaping and delivering the latest processes and solutions to clients across Quality Management and production planning solutions. You will be recognized as a thought leader in designing support for business operations and advancing the SAP platform with the latest technology (GenAI, Digital twin, automation).

1. Solution and Technical Leadership:
   • Provide architectural leadership, developing technical solutions within SAP PP and QM projects.
   • Lead solution design and delivery, owning full project lifecycle delivery as a Solution Architect across supply chain and manufacturing areas.
2. Team Leadership and Coaching:
   • Lead and mentor senior and junior consultants, ensuring effective delivery of manufacturing and quality management solutions.
   • Provide coaching to enhance team capability and SAP PP and QM expertise.
3. Client Engagement and Advisory:
   • Advise clients across sectors, offering thought leadership in SAP PP and QM solutions.
   • Participate in client engagements, RFP responses, and bid activities.
4. Industry Expertise:
   • Act as an industry expert in sectors like Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or Life Sciences.
   • Stay informed about industry trends and SAP developments, integrating new solutions into projects.
5. Solution Design and Delivery:
   • Translate business use cases into detailed solution designs aligned with client goals and SAP best practices.
   • Manage project delivery with commercial and contractual awareness.
