About MoneyGram Haas F1 Team

2025 marks the tenth season of MoneyGram Haas F1 Team in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship. As the first American team since 1986, we have made a strong impression since our debut in 2016 and continue to grow and aim for future success. Position Overview

This role reports to the Accounting Manager in Kannapolis, NC, and involves managing daily finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, treasury, and general ledger activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Promote teamwork and effective communication.
2. Accounts Payable: Vendor setup, invoice processing, resolving queries, statement reconciliation, and payments.
3. Accounts Receivable: Customer setup, invoicing, resolving queries, statements, and collections.
4. Treasury: Payments, bank entries, reconciliation, and month-end reporting.
5. Other duties: Support credit card and expense reporting, assist with ERP upgrades, prepare audit documentation, and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with 3+ years relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication, MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft D365 is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure, in a team, with a positive attitude, and attention to detail.

Additional Requirements

Proficiency with a computer and Microsoft D365, ability to handle high-pressure environments, and flexibility for travel and long hours. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a dynamic environment with machinery and race cars.
