Job summary

TGFP Limited in the Midlands is seeking an experienced accountant with practice background to join a forward-thinking firm. You will handle accounts prep for various entities and tax returns, working closely with Managers and Partners to meet deadlines.

The role offers flexible/hybrid working in Southam and Leamington Spa, with opportunities for progression and a supportive wellness and benefits package including private medical insurance and a company pension.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or QBE with at least 3 years experience in a Practice environment.
• Excellent communication skills, highly organised with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Knowledge of Iris, Sage, Xero and QuickBooks accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Planning and preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and Limited companies.
• Preparation of corporation tax returns, partnerships and personal tax returns.
• Working closely with Managers and Partners to ensure client expectations and deadlines are met.
• Support with training and development of junior members of the team.
• Flexible working options available (including Flexitime and Hybrid working)
• Friendly working environment
• Early finish on a Friday (providing weekly targets achieved)
