Zusammenfassung

PE Global is currently recruiting for an Accountant for a 12 month contract role with a leading multinational Oilfield Services client based in Inverurie – Scotland.

After training is completed, 3 days in office, 2 days WFH. Pay rate: £23.08ph - £28.20ph. The role requires strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills to ensure key reporting deadlines are met, with regular communication across global colleagues.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of the accurate and timely financial reporting for assigned UK ledgers, ensuring reporting deadlines and control requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and maintain appropriate supporting documentation and financial controls.
• Ensure balance sheet accounts are appropriately reconciled, reviewed, and supported, with outstanding items investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve accounting and reporting matters.
• Support the integrity and accuracy of financial information and proactively identify and address issues affecting assigned ledgers.
