Attractive Salary: £38,000 to 45,000 DOE

Hybrid Working: Up to 2 days working from home with manager approval
Flexible Hours: Choose your start and finish between 8am and 6:30pm

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors.
Overseeing the preparation and review of statutory accounts and management reports.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the accounts team.
Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and deadlines.
Coordinating workflow, setting deadlines, and maintaining efficiency across client engagements.
Liaising with clients, responding to queries, and offering strategic advice.
Working closely with the senior leadership team to identify growth and service opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

ACA or ACCA qualification.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a general accountancy practice servicing SME clients.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Client-facing confidence with strong commercial awareness.
Solid understanding of accounting software and reporting systems.
